We want you to love your Lulu Guinness purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all signature packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your items in their original Lulu Guinness branded box or dust bag to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
